No, really

The main character is an over-belted kid who is stuck on his dead/comatose love interest (whether or not she's reciprocating). He's voiced by Sakurai. and there's a scene where the main character meets up with the aforementioned love interest in a glowy fold of reality where she administers some post-mortum help. By grasping his hand.

Yes... .hack//GU Trilogy did to the .hack series what Advent Children did for Compilation... it's pretty, but can be completely ignored. Only Trilogy attempted to retcon the ENTIRE PLOT. The correct scenes were SPOT ON, while the others came from Mars or something.

Anyway, to celebrate, I drew this pathetic attempt at Haseo, first form (my personal favorite). It was intended to be a doodle and practice... but I like how the colors turned out. I never use such saturated colors. It's also an attempt at complimentary colors (orange and blue ^^)

The poem is one of Bashou's haiku:

Kono michi ya
yuku hito nashini
aki no kure

Along this road
Goes no one
This autumn eve


haha... "Haseo" is an alternate reading for "Bashou", apparently. SO the poem is relevent. Also TWILIGHT!!
