Pokemon Training wip

Like I've been doing, this lineart will be scrapped once the finished copy is, well, finished.

So, yeah, I've been drawing. Just drawing. I'm not trying to make finished pieces worthy of a gallery... I'm just drawing and finishing. Not only that, I'm doing things different from the rest of the gallery: unfamiliar subjects, different effects, new brushes and textures, and most notably backgrounds.

Anyway, I'm working on a Pokemon cosplay with , so my brain has been in nostalgia mode. I found the Bulbapedia (Pokemon Wiki) and have been lurking around. Then I started searching (in vain) for some images. I ran across 's rant What I like about Pokemon". It reminded me of how I explained Pokemon to my mom. "It's a bunch of 5th graders running around the country - alone - and training/fighting animals... you know, like Pit Bulls and cockfighting." Thus this.
