Back years ago,
 got these glasses. I was goofing off and I stole them. For some reason, she said that I looked like Quistis. Well, at the time, I utterly despised FFVIII for no other reason than I hadn't finished the game and my boyfriend at the time said that it sucked. Well, at the comment of me cosplaying, I said, "I could cosplay Quistis" - it was "Keestus" - "or I could shoot myself." Well, years later, I couldn't just ignore how much I looked like her. Aerith's been retired (but like every pop idol, she'll be back just as people start to forget), and that left me with very uncomfortable cosplay. I had a pile of pink fabric and my current boyfriend's going to play Squall and my sister's boyfriend plays Irvine so she's going to be Selphie.... so, I felt like it was, you know, destiny or something. Besides... I've had swords through me for five years now. I think my karma's all paid up lol.Photography by the amazing SkyPirate |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
